He possesses extensive expertise in foreign exchange operations, financial management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic planning. Prior to joining NBP Exchange, he served Royal International Exchange Company (Pvt.) Limited for more than two decades, including over 13 years as Chief Executive Officer, where he played a key role in driving growth, strengthening governance, and enhancing regulatory compliance.

Mr. Sayed Inam Ali Shah is a qualified professional, possessing a Master’s degree in Economics (MA) and a Law degree (LLB). Currently, he serves as the Managing Director in an officiating capacity, concurrently holding the key roles of Head of Operations and Human Resources (HR). With a rich and diversified background spanning over 20 years plus of extensive experience.
He has actively participated in and contributed to numerous development projects in collaboration with esteemed institutions such as the World Bank and Asian Development Bank.
Since joining NBPECL, Mr. Inam has played a pivotal role in the expansion of the branch network from 12 branches to 22, showcasing his leadership and strategic management skills.
